Powell Design Group has been selected by the United States Postal Service to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for a two year period for an IQC (Indefinite Quantity Contract). The contract includes a 21-county area of Central Florida spanning from coast to coast and can be extended for three additional one year terms. The maximum award is $9.5 Million over the life of the contract. The first project issued to PDG was for a study of the USPS Dixie Village Facility in south Orlando
The design team includes Matern Engineering, Hughes Associates, R. L. Plowfield & Associates, SK Consortium, and HHI Design.
